We accept orders starting from 1 piece for prototyping and sample validation — produced on the same production lines as volume runs. For batch production, MOQ varies by part complexity and material — typically 50–100 pieces. Our sample-to-volume workflow is designed to let you test with real production-grade parts before scaling.
How do I choose between Zirconia, Alumina, SiC, and Si₃N₄?
Each material excels in different conditions: Zirconia for high toughness and impact resistance; Alumina for electrical insulation and cost-effectiveness; Silicon Carbide for extreme hardness and thermal conductivity; Silicon Nitride for thermal shock resistance and lightweight applications. What is the typical lead time?
Prototype samples: 7–15 business days. Volume production: 15–30 business days depending on complexity and quantity. Rush orders with 48-hour rapid prototyping are available for standard shapes.
Are these ceramic materials subject to export restrictions?
No. Our ceramic products (Zirconia, Alumina, Silicon Carbide, Silicon Nitride components for industrial, medical, and consumer applications) are not classified as dual-use items under China's current export control regulations. They can be exported freely worldwide without special licensing requirements.
What file formats do you accept for custom parts?
We accept STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF drawings, and even hand-drawn sketches with dimensions. Our engineering team will review your files and provide a DFM (Design for Manufacturability) report before production begins.
