We engineer and manufacture custom Zirconia, Alumina, Silicon Carbide & Silicon Nitride ceramic parts — from single prototype to volume production — with tolerances down to ±0.001mm.
Four High-Performance Materials,
Engineered for Extremes
Each material offers unique advantages. Not sure which is right for your application? Our engineers provide free material selection guidance.
Zirconia Ceramic
Highest fracture toughness among all ceramics. Ideal for impact-prone environments, pump plungers, valve seats, and precision structural components.
Alumina Ceramic
The most widely used advanced ceramic. Excellent electrical insulation, thermal conductivity, and chemical resistance. Available from 95% to 99.99% purity.
Silicon Carbide
Extreme hardness and thermal conductivity. Superior performance in semiconductor equipment, high-temperature furnaces, and chemical processing environments.
Silicon Nitride
Best-in-class thermal shock resistance. Maintains mechanical strength at 1200°C. The ultimate choice for bearings, turbochargers, and molten metal handling.
