Bonded Permanent Magnets Introduction
Bonded magnet is a kind of magnet which is made by mixing permanent magnetic powder with different types of resin powder and additives in a certain proportion, granulating and pressing / injection molding. It includes bonding NdFeB, injection NdFeB, injection ferrite and so on. The bonding process used in it includes pressing molding and injection molding.
Bonded Permanent Magnets Applications
Bonded magnet is a kind of composite magnet which has the characteristics of both permanent magnet and binder material. It is mainly used to make micro motor, stepping motor, magnetic seal ring, various toys and so on.
