Nickel Powder

Nickel powder can be divided into electrolytic nickel powder, reduced nickel powder, and atomized nickel powder.
These are widely used in a different areas. The electrolytic nickel powder and reduced nickel powder are the main materials for powder metallurgy. These powders are commonly used in synthetic diamond tools, cemented carbide, electrometallurgy, machinery, energy, and other industrial sectors. The atomized nickel powder is irregularly shaped, used primarily in high-specific gravity alloys, diamond diamonds, special welding rods, surface coating, and powder metallurgy parts.

ARS spherical nickel powder is controlled by its particle size and apparent density range. It is the combination of fine particle size, dendritic surface, high purity, and unique shape that have spurred a long list of applications, including high purity magnetic alloys, silver-nickel electrical contacts, welding electrodes, anti-seize lubricants, friction components, nickel catalysts, roll compacted strip, and organo-nickel compounds.

ARS high purity filamentary powder that has been screened to remove large or agglomerated particles. It is used in conductive coatings, adhesives, and gaskets. Filamentary powder’s excellent corrosion resistance, good conductive properties, and unique filamentary shape make it very useful in radio frequency and electromagnetic shielding coatings. If small amounts are added to coil coatings, it enhances weldability.

Spherical Nickel-based Alloy Powder

Nickel alloy powder has good sphericity, fluidity, low melting point, good wettability, strong oxidation, corrosion resistance, and good wear resistance. It can be used to manufacture powder metallurgy products such as powder metallurgy parts and nickel-containing strips. High-hardness nickel-chromium-boron alloy powder is widely used in wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant alloy powder.
