We stock a wide range of titanium bars, including a complete commercial line and medical titanium bars. We produce our products to precise dimensions. Titanium Forged Bar, Titanium Rolled Bar, and Square Titanium Bar are all available. It can be supplied in required and precise lengths.

Titanium bar is available produced, and certified to Medical (ASTM F67, ASTM F136, ISO5832-2, ISO5832-3), Aerospace (AMS 4928, AMS 2631b), Industrial (ASTM B348) standards. Stock production is aligned to ASTM, AMS, and ISO standards with other standards available on made-to-order.

Titanium Bar Properties

Titanium bar has a low density and high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, good resistance to the effect of heat, excellent bearing to cryogenic property, non-magnetic and non-toxic, good thermal properties, and low modulus of elasticity.

Titanium Bar Applications

Titanium bars can be used in aircraft engines, parts, chemical equipment parts (reactors, pipes, heat exchangers, and valves.), ship hulls, bridges, medical implants, artificial bones, and sporting products, and consumer goods. Titanium bar is also used as titanium fasteners, such as titanium bolt nuts.

We produce titanium bars according to customers’ drawings. Special requirements will be agreed on by the titanium suppliers and titanium buyers of negotiation. Our bars for medical applications have tight tolerances and consistency in chemical composition, reducing machine set-up time, and increasing cutting speeds. The excellent surface finish of our medical bars saves polishing time and contributes to a better end product.

Titanium bar is highly resistant to chloride-containing media, practically all salt solutions, seawater, a range of acids, organic and inorganic chemicals, and gases. The high environmental resistance is primarily based on a very thin, tenacious, and highly protective surface oxide film. The oxide film provides high resistance to erosion in high-velocity process streams. It is non-magnetic and characterized by a high melting point, high strength-to-weight ratio, and a low modulus of elasticity.
