ARS provides titanium sheet mesh expended from titanium sheet, titanium wire mesh that is weaved by titanium wire, and titanium stamped mesh with circular holes with a minimum 1mm diameter opening. Titanium mesh baskets and MMO mesh anodes made from titanium mesh are also available.
Titanium wire mesh: Plain weaved by titanium wire, or specially weaved.
Titanium mesh: Expanded and stamped by titanium sheet.
Titanium basket & MMO anode: Assembled by titanium mesh and titanium wire mesh and coated with mixed metal oxides.

Titanium Sheet Mesh

Titanium sheet mesh (expanded mesh and stamped mesh) is made by expanding and stamping sheet, which is ASTM B265 specified commercial pure titanium sheet. The strength of alloyed titanium is too high to be stamped or expanded. The mesh’s width will be the same as the sheet; the length of the stamped mesh is the same as the sheet, while the expanded mesh length depends on the opening & sheet size.
Titanium mesh is mostly used as titanium anode, and filter elements in the chlor-alkali industry and other chemical industries.

The listed opening size is limited by sheet thickness and final mesh thickness. Titanium expanded mesh can be provided as flattened and unflattened while un-flattened is by default. Besides the listed specifications, other opening sizes and dimensions can be customized. We also offer titanium mesh with square and rectangle openings besides diamond opening mesh. A thin titanium mesh of 0.1mm is available now.

Titanium Wire Mesh

Titanium wire mesh (cloth, wire mesh screen) is weaved by titanium wire. We provide titanium wire mesh with commercially pure titanium and Ti-6Al-4V Gr5 Titanium. Titanium wire mesh can be used in screening and filtering in acidic and alkaline environments, gas-liquid filtration, and other media separation.

Titanium Basket and MMO Mesh Anode

ARS provides a titanium mesh basket for titanium mesh anode, and it can also be coated with mixed metal oxides to make MMO titanium mesh anode. Titanium mesh baskets can be made with titanium wire mesh and titanium expanded mesh.
We also provide metal oxide and metal mixture oxide coated (MMO coated) titanium anodes such as RuO2/IrO2 coated titanium anodes. Titanium anode is also called DSA (dimensional stable anode) titanium anode or insoluble titanium anode due to its good corrosion resistance.
