Vanadium Powder
Vanadium is a soft, shiny, silvery metal found in many different minerals, including some crude oils. It is resistant to corrosion but soluble in nitric, hydrofluoric, and concentrated sulfuric acids. If it is confronted by alkali, it will form water-soluble vanadates. It acts as either a metal or nonmetal and develops a variety of complex compounds. It is as nontoxic as metal.
ARS provides vanadium products with high-quality and competitive prices.

Vanadium Powder Applications
-
Vanadium is also used in nuclear applications due to its low-fission neutron cross-section.
-
About 80% of the vanadium produced is used as a steel additive.
