Tantalum Nitride Powder Applications
1. It is used to make precision chip resistors; tantalum nitride resistors resist water vapor erosion.
2. Used as a super-hard material additive to prepare pure antimony pentachloride. It is used for spraying, increasing the electrical stability of transformers, integrated circuits, and diodes.
