Copper Powder

Copper powder is widely used in diamond tools, electrocarbon products, powder metallurgical products, friction materials, chemical catalysts, electronic materials, and other industries. The copper powder can be divided into electrolytic copper powder and atomized copper powder.

The copper alloy powder is mostly spherical or spheroidal in shape, and it has high fluidity and high bulk density. This kind of powder is widely used in powder metallurgy oil-bearing, diamond tools, filters, powder metallurgy products, and bearing materials.

Electrolytic Copper powder

The electrolytic copper powder is light rose red dendritic. The copper powder produced by electrolysis has high purity and tree-branched particles. After subsequent treatment, the dendritic shape is slightly rounded, has an excellent forming character, good electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity. It is widely used to produce diamond tools, electrical carbon products, friction materials, powder metallurgy products, conductive inks, and electrical and electronic industries.
